Making Tax Digital is coming for sole traders and landlords
MTD for Income Tax applies to individuals, not limited companies, and is phased in by income: over £50,000 from April 2026, over £30,000 from April 2027 and over £20,000 from April 2028.
If you're near those numbers, the best time to get set up is before it applies to you. We'll show you what to do in plain English and set you up in Xero (or Dext Solo for landlords).
