Figures UK Accountancy is a provider of accounting, tax, bookkeeping, payroll and related business services, with offices at Eventus Business Centre, Sunderland Road, Market Deeping, Cambridgeshire, PE6 8FD. Our services are subject to separate engagement terms agreed with individual clients.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of the Site by, any third party. You must not misuse the Site by knowingly introducing viruses, or other malicious software, or attempting to gain unauthorised access to the Site.

The content on this Site is provided for general information purposes only and does not constitute professional accounting, tax or legal advice. While we make every effort to keep the information accurate and up to date, we accept no liability for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information on this Site. 5. No Professional Relationship
Your use of this Site and any contact you make through it does not create a professional client relationship between you and Figures UK Accountancy. Such a relationship is only formed once a signed engagement letter and the required client onboarding checks are completed.
6. Our Services & Fees
Our accounting services are provided on agreed fixed monthly fees, as set out in your engagement documentation. Unless otherwise agreed, all fees are exclusive of VAT and out-of-pocket expenses. Specific terms relating to services, fees, and liability are set out in the engagement letter provided to each client.
7. Contact Form & Communications
When you complete a contact form or communicate with us via phone, email, WhatsApp or Messenger, we will use your details to respond to your enquiry. Please see our Privacy Policy for details of how we handle your personal data. Information you send to us is not privileged or confidential unless a formal engagement exists.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of Figures UK Accountancy or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and download content for your own personal, non-commercial use, but you may not reproduce, distribute, or modify it without our prior written consent.
